Your day pass period typically begins from the moment you first check in or activate the pass. From that point, you can come and go freely within that time frame, making it perfect for fitting workouts around your own schedule.
With your day pass, you’ll have access to all standard gym areas, including cardio equipment, weight training zones, and functional fitness spaces. Some gyms may also include extras such as locker rooms and showers.
To enter the gym outside of staffed hours, simply use your access code or scan your pass at the door. During staffed hours, team members may be available to assist with any questions or help you get started.
Once your 24-hour period ends, your access will automatically expire—no cancellation needed. It’s a simple, flexible way to enjoy the gym on your terms, whether you're trying it out or just visiting for the day.
